Our Learning and Development team are responsible for designing, developing and facilitating training content on functional/technical topics, as well as leadership and personal development. We are looking for an astute, energetic graduate to work with us for a 23 month period. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a large multinational and help us develop creative learning solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Qualifications Key Qualifications
  • Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro) or similar
  • Experience in using Apple’s software (iMovie, Final Cut) would be advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of dedicated e-learning software (Captivate or similar)
  • Sound understanding of E-Learning Instructional Design, Gamification and Design Thinking principles
  • Technically competent in the use of IT Systems & Applications
  • Self-starter with a consistent record in delivering results through team work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, plus strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and flexible approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise with good time management skills
  • Be able to function comfortably in a fast-paced environment, working to deadlines and dealing with highly sensitive information


Description Description
  • Work closely with cross regional teams, supporting projects that are global in scope - Design and develop self guided learning material - Partner with our trainers to create content for classroom facilitation (both “in person” and virtually) - Assist with facilitation of training material - Map out project milestones and prepare business updates for leadership - Develop a mechanism to capture learner feedback and evaluate the transfer of knowledge

Minimum 2:1 honours degree (Level 8) in Creative Digital Media, Visual Communications, E-Learning Design and Development, or other similar qualification.
