We are looking for a Quality Analyst to discover insights that lead to strategic improvements in testing, engineering efficiency, and development practices, to enable the development of high quality systems software at scale across a broad range of technologies and products.

Description Description
5 years' experience as a Data Analyst within a software engineering domain 3 years’ experience building data visualization capabilities (i.e. Tableau) Identify critical data from distributed sources across departmental lines Maintain and audit the existing suites of reports to ensure relevance, and accuracy. Develop compelling and interactive data visualizations of key insights and measures to enable outstanding observability Build predictive models to advise planning and utilization to maintain organizational quality objectives Experience with data querying languages, scripting languages, or statistical software packages (i.e. R, Python, SQL) Develop an analytics roadmap by partnering with key stakeholders across Software Engineering Ensure leadership has the vital data and context to make high quality decisions on department deliverables

B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
