Graduate Programme Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)
A vacancy has arisen for the role of Graduate Programme Coordinator at Glanbia Business Services, based out of our Group IT offices in Kilkenny or Dublin. This is a 3 month contract postion until the end of the year

Working in a small team, this role will support in the delivery of world-class graduate recruitment and development experience for all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the coordination of campus events, website, collateral and communications.
  • Supporting a large-scale recruitment campaign from end to end, including marketing of opportunities, scheduling, diary management and supporting offers process to ensure a seamless experience
  • Supporting in the delivery of a range of graduate orientation and development programmes, including organising all learning and development events.
  • Engaging effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally, including hiring managers, candidates and graduates.
  • Managing calls, emails and managing any graduate programme related queries.
  • Delivering post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Updating and maintaining records in SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Keeping up to date with all employment law/legislation.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

What background and experience are we looking for?

  • 3rd level degree in Business or similar HR qualification / experience.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with team members and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking ability and organisation skills.
  • A commitment to quality with excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
