JOB SUMMARY

This role is a Glanbia contracted role that will provide fundamental project management or coordination on Enterprise Integration Projects and operations focusing on Customer Service | Order to Cash people, process, technology and governance. This role will contribute in all phases of the project lifecycle and will be a key interface between the Project Management Office and business operations.
You will have the opportunity to make an impact on how Global CS|OTC end-to-end processes operate with an eye on standardization, harmonization, productivity and effectiveness while improving the customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Project Management

People
  • Work with management and subject matter experts on project development through the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project details to provide awareness or setting expectations on deliverables and deadlines across different levels within the organization.
  • Use a purpose driven style to inform stakeholders of the projects purpose, objectives and value.
  • Work with business management on resource requirements, skill set and competency requirements, project member contribution and effectiveness.
  • Work directly with project members on deliverables, deadlines and continuous monitoring to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive appropriate change management initiatives and actions to ensure successful project implementations.

Process
  • Incorporate the GN PMO project approach and methodology.
  • Use a continuous improvement culture and mindset to make suggestions or proposals to improve project management.
  • Develop a knowledge base of the Customer Service | Order to Cash end to end process that enables facilitating work sessions, the ability to steer or challenge in design sessions and build credibility with practitioners.
  • Meet with operational stakeholders & practitioners to discuss project plans and requirements.

Technology
  • Lead the utilization and data population of Project Management tools in the CS|OTC workstream.
  • Work directly with IT project resources & operational subject matter experts in bridging technology that enables the intended process design outcomes.

Governance
  • Monitoring progress on a project and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
  • Engage in the development of Key Performance Indicators for projects that includes insightful commentary which informs on status, risks, issues which can be consumed at various levels of the organization.
  • Analyze metrics of incoming business integrations to determine alignment, process health, risks and change impacts.
  • Assess performance metrics through the project lifecycle to identify areas for improvement and elements that worked well for future projects.

Operations

  • Develop business relationships with CS|OTC subject matter experts and practitioners that results in high performing project execution.
  • Develop a practical understanding of the process scope that results in the ability to operationally execute as a backup resource.
  • Engage in the development and distribution of Analytics Dashboards and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from Executive management.
  • Participate in the Process Expert Group (PEG) that governs process change and key performance indicators providing process analytics.
  • Lead assigned projects that result in continuous improvement in CS operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success, you should also have strong analytical, project management and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. You are willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

Education, Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 5 years’ experience in business operations, customer service and supply chain.
  • Project Management

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Domestic & International travel may be required (up to 10%).
