Internship: Learning, Consulting and Design (Suitable for Thesis) bei Philips

Start date: We prefer students able to start as soon as possible, no later than Q3 2021

Duration: 6 months

We are open to discuss with you the opportunity to combine this internship with your thesis. When thesis is supported, we required an availability of at least 32 hours per week working on the responsibilities.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for

  • Supporting a professional learning consultant within the Learning Consulting and Design team in terms of: designing, developing and deploying innovative learning programs and strategies with an End-to-End project management approach
  • Co-piloting new learning tools and methods
  • General support to the head of the team.

You are a part of

You will be part of the Learning Consulting and Design team. You will support from there multiple learning and development teams. Our colleagues are as diverse, open-minded, and approachable with a quality mindset.
You will be working at our office based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven.
Due to the current COVID19 situation, we do support you working from a home based situation. In case the situation will change, allowing returning to the offices, your Philips mentor will inform you.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Currently studying towards you Bachelor or Master’s degree (international study preferred) in: Educational Science, Teaching, Instructional Design, Psychology, Human Resources and/or Organization studies or Business studies combined with an interest in a learning environment.
  • Fluent in oral and written English
  • Innovative and creative mindset
  • Self-driven and pragmatic
  • Interest within learning, training, education, and development domain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
