Location: Amsterdam - Depending on the possibility to work at the office due to the COVID-19 pandemic, for the time being you will mainly work from home and be supervised remotely.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

As an E-commerce Activation intern you will be supporting the end to end project management of promotions and activation of campaigns to ensure maximizing sales and return on investment

You are responsible for

  • Operational support on budget management
  • Project management: coordinating campaign set up from end to end by bringing all relevant stakeholders together and help drive progress throughout the project
  • Analysis on always on activation performance

You are a part of

The Activation team, consisting of the E-Commerce Activation Manager and working closely together with the global Activation team, as well as the Merchandise Managers and the EU7 Hub Activation team. The Activation team is part of the D2C Consumer Store team, which falls in the Europe Market Personal Health (PH) organization. This team is responsible for the transformation and innovation in the Personal Health business of our market Europe. We will have a virtual, diverse network organization, with passionate colleagues who are energized to fulfil our purpose of improving people’s health and well-being through meaningful innovation, whilst always delighting consumers via outstanding consumer engagement and digital strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Attending a University or University of Applied Sciences in the area of (online) Marketing in the Netherlands
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with project management
  • Self-motivated, innovative, highly organized, attentive and pro-active
  • Able to work accurate and precise
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in any other European languages is a strong plus
